Expectations that we have towards a certain idea, person, place or even our future can have a great influence on our experience and on our performance. Watch the video provided in materials (Expectations exercise video) and answer the following questions:
How can negative expectations change our experience?
Do you think having very high expectations may lead to a negative result?
How do you evaluate your expectations towards going abroad? Do you think they are too low, too high, positive, negative? Describe them.
