The badge earner has experience of designing and facilitating group building activities in the training context. A trainer understands group development stages, in particular the forming phase.
To get this badge, trainer:
- Reviewed and reflected on how to facilitate the group building activities in the forming stage.
- Shared methods and activities that they use for group building.
- Explained how they facilitate and support participants' in becoming aware of their individual and group needs.
Activity content and badge issuing criteria aligned with the European Training Strategy (ETS) competence model for trainers to work internationally.
