The Digital Master badge is a symbol of my improving proficiency in digital competence, showcasing my skills in exploring digitalisation in connection to my volunteering role and the wider community through technology.
My skills in managing, creating, and critically evaluating digital content have led to notable achievements.
I had to complete at least 3 out of 4 tasks to earn this badge, and evidence was reviewed and confirmed by my mentor.
The badge is part of the Achievements Programme for the European Solidarity Corps.

Digital technology allows people to meet and learn together despite distances. Take the initiative and create an online gathering of people from your hosting and sending organisations or even people from the communities. The goal of such a meeting can be showcasing your volunteering work or people to learn more about each other cultures.
Your mission would be to choose an online tool to meet, to think of a few activities that you may do together online and how such meetings can be interesting, engaging and fun!
Here are a few tools to consider:
- ZOOM (classic, most known tool out there)
- GatherTown (feels like being in an arcade game)
- MIBO (a 3D world where all meeting participants are cute flying robots in an exciting setting!)
