In this activity you will have a discussion about how sometimes mental health in our society is seen as a taboo topic and people are afraid to share about what's bothering them, which could lead to serious mental illness.

In this task have a discussion with peer participants about ability of talking freely about mental health problems in your community. Is it seen as a taboo topic or can you talk with others about what's bothering you freely? Why you come up with difficulties of sharing about what's bothering you?
