Create your own group for collaboration and brainstorming:
- Task: Identify individuals in your community who are motivated to create positive change, and work together on a sustainable activity. Once the group is formed, assign different tasks to each member to ensure the activity achieves its intended results.
- Evidence: After convening with the participants, take a group photo and prepare a document outlining the activity, the names of the participants, and the roles assigned to each individual. Additionally, create a separate document detailing a timeline for the tasks.

Promote your event effectively:
- Task: Identify the two main different methods to promote your event. Ideas could include connecting with local journalists, creating posters, collaborating with the municipality, or using social media platforms. Once the activity is completed, provide reflections on how your communication strategy contributed to your event's visibility.
- Evidence: Submit a document describing your promotional efforts, detailing the steps you took to increase visibility. Include feedback on whether the communication strategies were effective or, if not, highlight areas for improvement and suggest alternative approaches that could have been prioritised.
